Morrisville

A suburb of Cary with close proximity to Research Triangle Park, Morrisville serves largely as a commuter’s community for workers in RTP’s high-tech corporations. However, there is no shortage of employment in Morrisville itself. More than 800 businesses call Morrisville home, with the daytime population swelling to more than 30,000.

The town boasts a diverse range of housing options, with home prices spanning from the low 100’s to the high 400’s, and the average home price has remained stable at $225,000.

With easy access to Interstate 40 and Raleigh just 20 minutes away, it is also a town with an abundance of Triangle culture and activities at it’s fingertips. Surprisingly there is still room for growth in the 9.8 square miles that compromise Morrisville and perhaps it is the small town appeal, easy access to all parts of the Triangle, a strong economy and a highly educated workforce that make it one of the best places to live, work and play in the area.
